Welcome to Dwufi, a visual knowledge management app designed to transform your learning experience through image-integrated notes. Dwufi operates on a no-account-required model, meaning you can access all core features without creating a user account, logging in, or providing personal identification details. This agreement outlines the terms governing your use of Dwufi’s services, features, and content.
By downloading, installing, or using Dwufi, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.
Dwufi provides the following key functionalities for your learning journey:
You may use these features for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. Commercial use, including reselling, licensing, or monetizing Dwufi’s content or functionality, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Dwufi’s team.
All images, notes, and study materials you upload or create within Dwufi remain your intellectual property. You retain full ownership of your content and control its storage and visibility within the app.
By uploading content to Dwufi, you grant the app a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing Dwufi’s core services to you. This license does not allow Dwufi to use your content for advertising, marketing, or any other commercial purpose without your explicit permission.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and upload. You must not upload content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights, or that contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material.
To ensure a positive experience for all users, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
Dwufi reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the app for any user who violates these guidelines, without prior notice.
Since Dwufi does not require user accounts, all your content (images, notes, vaults) is stored locally on your device by default. You are responsible for backing up your data to prevent loss due to device damage, loss, or app uninstallation.
Dwufi does not automatically sync your content to cloud servers, but you may choose to manually export or back up your data through the app’s built-in tools. Any cloud sync or backup features you enable will be governed by the terms of the third-party cloud service provider you select.
Dwufi may release updates, bug fixes, or new features from time to time to improve the user experience. These updates may modify or remove existing functionality, and you agree to install such updates to continue using the app.
Dwufi reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the app’s services at any time, with or without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes through in-app notifications or updates to this agreement.
Dwufi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or operating systems.
You acknowledge that your use of Dwufi is at your own risk. Dwufi will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or learning disruptions.
